運送和退貨
《宅配》：商品約2-3工作天陸續出貨，並依照國內地區調節配送。
《超商》：商品約2-3工作天陸續出貨，寄出後約2-3天送達門市，會發送門市到貨簡訊通知。
《海外》：商品約2-3工作天陸續出貨，並依照海外地區調節配送。
將依照配送地區及包裹特性選擇適合的國際快遞業者進行配送因各運送公司不定期調整運費之計算方式，故實際將以結帳時所顯示之運費為主而各國進口關稅標準不同，若領取包裹時，貴國欲收取商品之關稅或偏遠地區另收之費用，需買家自行支付。
《預購》 以商品頁面顯示的預計到貨日為主，到貨後同現貨出貨時間寄送。
※ 線上刷卡付款以信用卡對帳成功時間為主；實際包裹出貨時間仍將依訂單量調節，可能提前或延後。
退換貨政策
ROBME* 僅提供簽收後7天內因尺寸問題或重大瑕疵的換貨服務（需自行負擔運費）。
商品必須是全新未使用的條件下，並保持完整的商標與包裝一併寄回，若商品退還時遭到損壞，均不予退還。

Shipping & Returns
[Home Delivery]: Orders will be shipped within approximately 2–3 business days and delivered based on domestic regional schedules.
[Convenience Store Pickup]: Orders will be shipped within approximately 2–3 business days. Delivery to the designated convenience store will take about 2–3 days after shipping. A text message will be sent once the package arrives at the store.
[International Shipping]: Orders will be shipped within approximately 2–3 business days and delivered based on the destination country’s regional schedule.
The most suitable international courier service will be selected based on the delivery region and package characteristics. As international shipping rates may change periodically according to each courier’s pricing adjustments, the actual shipping cost will be based on the amount shown at checkout. Import duties and remote area surcharges vary by country and must be borne by the buyer if applicable at the time of package collection.
[Pre-Order]: Please refer to the estimated arrival date stated on the product page. Once in stock, items will be shipped following the standard in-stock shipping schedule.
※ For online credit card payments, the order processing time is based on the successful credit card transaction confirmation. Actual shipping time may vary depending on order volume and may be subject to early or delayed dispatch.
Return & Exchange Policy
ROBME* only offers exchanges within 7 days of delivery due to sizing issues or major product defects (shipping costs must be borne by the customer).
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged upon return.
